Development Variance Permit 2017-007: 182 Hemlock Road

Council for the District of Sparwood will at the Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on August 21, 2017 consider Development Variance Permit 2017-007 for 182 Hemlock Road (Lot 4 BK 3 DL 4589 Kootenay District Plan 3099 PID 014-981-572) as shown on the reverse of this notice to:

Vary Zoning Bylaw No. 264, 1984 to:

  1. Vary Section 3.2.2.B.(i) to reduce the required front yard setback to 6.35 metres (20.83 feet), a reduction of 1.27 metres (4.17 feet), for the purposes of a front entrance addition and a deck.
