Hatha Yoga

Mondays & Thursdays    
7:00 - 8:00 pm

Join Michelle for an all levels Hatha yoga class that incorporates elements of Iyengar (alignment) and Restorative yoga. 
These classes are well rounded to include a variety of breathing/relaxation exercises, sun salutations, balance postures, small and large warm-ups, stretching and meditation.
Michelle welcomes you to share her love for yoga and the benefits it brings to your mind, body and soul.
