Development Variance Permit 2019-001

Council for the District of Sparwood will at the Special Meeting at 6:00 p.m. on January 29, 2019 will consider Development Variance Permit 2019-001 for 319 Pacific Yew Crescent (Lot 22 DL 4589 Kootenay District Plan 6798 PID 017-569-443) as shown on the reverse of this notice to:

Vary Zoning Bylaw No. 264, 1984 to:

1.Vary Section 3.2.2.E.(ii) to increase the maximum site coverage for accessory buildings and structures from 10% (61.3 m2) to 11.5% (70.5 m2), for a total increase of 1.5% (9.2 m2), for the purposes of constructing a garage as shown in the application.

All persons who believe that their interest is affected by the proposed variance shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard in person, by a representative, or by written submission on the matters contained within DVP 2019-001 at the Special Council Meeting.
