Vary Zoning Bylaw No. 264, 1981 to:
1. Vary Section 3.2.2.D.(i) to reduce the rear yard setback for the primary building from 7.62 metres (25 feet) to 4.00 metres (13.1 feet) as per the application and Schedules A, B, and C.
