Council for the District of Sparwood will hold an informal public hearing at the Special Meeting on April 30, 2019, and that at the May 7, 2019 Regular Meeting of Council, Council will consider Development Variance Permit 2019-004 for 1241 Sycamore Road (Lot 9 DL 4135 Kootenay District Plan NEP78457) as shown on Schedule A, B & C, to:
1. Vary Section 3.4.2.C.(i) to decrease the minimum side yard for an accessory building from 1.52 m (5 ft) to 0.6 m (2 ft), for the purposes of constructing a garage as shown in the application.
