TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the District of Sparwood proposes to amend the current Revitalization Tax Exemption Program pursuant to Section 226 of the Community Charter. Revitalization Tax Exemption Program Bylaw 1170, 2015, Amendment Bylaw 1261, 2019 (the “Bylaw”) has been given three readings at a special meeting of Council held on Tuesday, July 30, 2019. Council will be considering adoption of this Bylaw at their regular meeting on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers.
