The District of Sparwood is now offering for sale one serviced M-1 Light Industrial Lot, approximately 6.32 Hectares in size, legally described as Lot A, Plan EPP19348, at a sale price of $435,000.00. The lot is located at 6000 Highway 43 across from the entrance to Sparwood Heights and immediately north of the RV Storage. It was formerly a gravel pit and was the location used for Project Heavy Duty.
Conceptual plans will be received until 4:00 p.m. (MDT) on September 28, 2018, following which the District will select the preferred purchaser.
