The District of Sparwood’s 2021 Annual Municipal Report provides an overview of the major achievements and significant projects undertaken or completed during the past year; the organizational structure; department operational overviews; a statement of the District’s objectives and the measures that will be used to determine progress respecting those objectives for 2022; detailed financial statements; and a statement of permissive tax exemptions for 2021.
The Annual Meeting where Council will approve the report will be on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at 6:00 pm in Council Chambers located at 136 Spruce Avenue, Sparwood, BC. The public will be provided with an opportunity to submit their comments or ask questions regarding the content of the report at that meeting. The meeting can be accessed through Zoom at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89289494609.
Anyone wishing to provide their comments to Council but are unavailable to attend the meeting on June 21, 2022 are encouraged to submit their comments in writing by any of the following methods:
