The outdoor ice rink in Sparwood Heights is under construction. We will update residents via Facebook, RecDesk and our website as soon as the water is completely frozen and the ice is ready for use. Until it is ready please stay off of the rink. While the surface is being prepped, use of the ice will damage the liner and rough, uneven surfaces can be hazardous.
If you are interested in helping maintain the ice please contact the Sparwood Leisure Centre at recoffice@sparwood.ca or 250.425.0552 to set up a time to go over how to resurface the ice.
