The District of Sparwood invites proposals from qualified vendors to perform a condition assessment and related tasks of the Sparwood Leisure Centre and Municipal Office.
Interested and qualified proponents shall submit a proposal for the services described in the Request for Proposal Package, which is available to all proponents on www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.
Contract documents, forms to fill and any reference material for this project will only be distributed electronically in digital format through the BC Bid website at www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca. All addenda, amendments or further information will be published on the BC Bid website. It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to monitor the website regularly to check for updates.
All proposal package must be clearly marked with the name and address of the Proponent and the title “RFP CS-2024-01 Sparwood Leisure Centre and Municipal Office Building Condition Assessment”. Proposal package must contain at least two (2) hard copies with a USB containing the proposal in PDF format, are to be submitted, no later than 2:00pm mountain time, Friday, January 26, 2024 by mail or by direct delivery to:
