Notice of Construction – Lower Matevic Road Pedestrian Bridge South Abutment
The District of Sparwood would like to advise residents that the municipality will conduct riverbank stabilization work along the Elk River near the south abutment of the pedestrian bridge on Lower Matevic Road beginning September 20.
This work is weather dependent and any updates will be provided. Pathway users are reminded to use caution and follow all signage when passing through construction zones. Changes in accessibility in the area is expected to change as construction progresses through the different phases of work.
