RDEK And Canadian Red Cross Partner For Emergency Support Services
The Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK) has partnered with the Canadian Red Cross (CRC) for the provision of local Emergency Support Services (ESS) in the region. ESS provides communities a critical support network of volunteers to assist during times of emergencies.
The District of Sparwood, in partnership with the RDEK and CRC will be actively recruiting volunteers. Anyone interested in learning more about the ESS program is encouraged to join a virtual information session taking place on February 15 at 6:00 pm, Mountain Time. Register here to join.
